Starflight - Much improved port of the DOS 4X game.
Streets of Rage - Later ones had better gameplay but a tendency towards goofiness. Great tunes and mood. I personally think it'd make a good RPG.
Vectorman 2
Warsong - Before Advance Wars, there was Warsong.
Wiz n' Liz - Little known game that's one of the most addictive and fun Genesis games I've played.
